VAN DIEMEN'S LAND, Bill on the English Treasury, Commissariat Office, Hobart Town, 11 August 1829, No.1344, to Mr. Stephen Adey, for £50.0.0, hand signed by A. Moodie, black on white, unwatermarked paper, for presentation to Whitehall, London, engraved by Samuel Clayton (MVR illustrates a similar example Fig.12 [p.11-12]). Several small holes in the paper, very fine and very rare.
