Swimming Association Life Member badge inscribed on reverse, 'R.W.Weekes'; N.S.W. Surf Life Saving Assoc. Hon Examiner 1921 badge inscribed on reverse, 'R.W.Weekes'; Returned From Active Service badge (AIF) numbered 177056; 55th Battalion woollen ribbon; North Bondi Tobruk House RSL Club tie bar; T.H.W.R.
