CHARLES I, (1625 - 1649), Oxford Mint, silver one pound, 1642 (S.2939) (119.84g) (Brooker 861; N.2399; Morr.C-2). Grey toned with minor edge nick and knocks, otherwise nearly very fine and rare.

From the same dies as the Motcomb Collection piece, Morton & Eden 26 April 2024 (lot 55).
Ex Spink Numismatic Circular 4853, with ticket and receipt by May Sinclair 18.4.78.
