WORLD WAR II, British folding survival knife, maker's name in ricasso, G.Butler & Co, and on opposite side, 1944 with upright arrow above, timber handle with short leather cord attached. With oxidation and the blade with a few chips, otherwise fine, a scarce British made issue.

This type of knife was issued to RAF crews during WWII.
